To get started:

2) Select "Contact Customers Services"
3) Choose "Email"
4) Pick your preferred resolution (refund or replacement)
5) We'll provide return instructions
We'll also send this info to the supplier so don't receive the wrong item again! Be sure to complete this process within 14 days of the delivery date.
